Jokes aside, we fully understand the severity of the COVID-19 situation. Here’s what we have to say:
Your health is our priority.
Here at Frieda Brides, we value the happiness and health of our brides and their loved ones. For the couples whose weddings have been affected by COVID-19, we offer our deepest sympathies. Please stay strong during these difficult times!
As for brides who are still looking for your wedding dress, rest assured! Here are the measures we are taking at Frieda Brides to allow you to shop for your dream dress safely and securely.
Let’s be socially responsible.
We believe that practicing social responsibility is one of the best things we can do to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to help things go back to normal as soon as possible.
That being said, we urge that you please refrain from coming to the appointment if you are unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms such as fever, dry cough or shortness of breath. Just drop us a call or email and we can reschedule your appointment!
The lesser the better!
Please do not bring more than 1 person along with you for the appointment. We allow pictures to be taken so you can feel free to send them to your loved ones. We will also stop shaking hands with our brides and their accompanying guests during this time.
Social distancing in our boutique.
We usually see 1 appointment at a time, and at busier periods we see 2 appointments at the maximum. Don’t worry though, as we have 2 fitting rooms located on 2 separate floors so each area would only consist of you, your accompanying guest and the bridal stylist.
Masks on!
Our bridal stylists wear masks at all times during appointments and wash our hands after every appointment. We also disinfect the door handles and other high contact surfaces with a strong sanitiser.
